I love Boursin Cheese! So many flavors to choose from, when you can't decide blend your own! Here's what I did... Half container of Boursin Vermont Cheddar and Sage Half package Boursin Pepper 2 TBSP. Heavy Cream Mix in a bowl until it's creamy and spreadable. Try any flavors to create your favorite combination!! I used Elki Garlic and Herb crackers! I paired it with Louis de Sacy Grand Cru Brut Champagne!
