Having been raised in only the best accommodations (French oak barrels), these wines offer more substance. Sauvignon Blanc is balanced with Semillon and Muscadelle in these blends. This tones down the citrus and increases the richness, resulting in a medium-bodied, creamy, toasty type. If you like bigger, more layered dry white wines, grab a darker colored green glass bottle – you’ll have plenty to talk about.
