Drinks for the cooler weather



Autumn Kiss

  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Mount Gay Extra Old Rum
  • 1 oz. whole milk or heavy cream
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1-2 Dashes angostura bitters
Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Stir, heat, and serve.

The Speyside Cocktail

  • 2 parts Glen Moray 12 Year Old
  • 1/2 part blanc vermouth
  • 4 dashes of peach bitters
  • Combine ingredients in an Old-Fashioned glass, add ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel, squeezed to express oils.
