2010 Chardonnay, Mendocino 



Tasting Notes
This Estate Chardonnay has aromas of honeysuckle and baked apples. Lively fruit flavors of ripe melon and a hint of lemon zest are complimented by a rich, creamy mouth feel. The finish is long and memorable and is sure to please!

Versatile enough to pair with everything from white fish to succulent poultry.
Perfect with grilled sea bass, oven-roasted turkey, or enjoying a glass with a friend.



2009 Pinot Noir, Mendocino 



Tasting Notes
Our 2009 Pinot Noir was produced from grapes grown in Mendocino County, where the cooling influences are ideal conditions for Pinot Noir. This elegant wine has aromas of violet, which are followed by flavors of raspberry and cherry cola. The long, refined finish is highlighted by an earthy spice.

Food Pairings
Versatile enough to pair with everything from seasonal salads to your favorite poultry dish. Perfect with roasted veggies, chicken kabobs or partnering with your favorite fare.

SchoolHouse Red, Mendocino 



Tasting Notes
Our “pizza/pasta wine” grows some muscles. This wine combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Merlot as in previous blends but adds Syrah for more depth and complexity. It has a nose of dark berries, followed by a rich mouth feel bursting with fruit; the finish is long with good structure.

Food Pairings
Versatile enough to pair with everything from pizza pie to hearty meats. Perfect with barbecued chicken pizza, beef brisket, or just about anything.





2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino 



Tasting Notes
This Estate Cabernet leads with a nose of ripe blackberries which are accented by dark chocolate. Juicy fruit flavors are followed by integrated spicy oak. Always food friendly, this well-balanced wine is completed with hints of pepper, smooth tannins, and a long, lingering finish.
